Associate, Technology (West Coast), Investment Banking - (San Francisco, CA)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Key Activities - Please list in order of importance/time spent (highest to lowest): The Associate will be a key player in the execution of the Citi's Investment Banking business. The individual will leverage past investment banking or related experience to enhance M&A execution and capital raising capabilities and contribute to building Citi's franchise. The individual will have strong functional skills in major areas of investment banking and will demonstrate the expertise to become a seasoned Banker capable of generating and executing his/her own transactions. Requirements Education level and/or relevant background(s) Required: Bachelor's degree in Finance or closely related areas of Business Administration Master's degree in Business Administration or alternatively 3yrs in Analyst role Preferred: N/A Knowledge and skills (general and technical) Required: Evaluate corporate transactions and their structures
