R+L Global Logistics is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for handling all aspects of the accounts payable process for multiple companies. Accounts Payable Clerk Summary of Required responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following: Prepare and process payments accurately and timely Review and verify purchase orders, statements and invoices for accuracy Reconcile bills and balance accounts Effectively investigates and resolves invoice discrepancies Scanning and data entry of invoices and invoice details into transportation and accounting systems Works cross-functionally to resolve process and billing issues that do or may cause vendor issues
