Position: Senior Accountant Department: Accounting Classification: Exempt Reports to: Accounting Manager Senior Accountant Job Description Position overview: We are looking for a Senior Accountant with at least 3 yrs of auditing, corporate finance & tax experience. The primary purpose of this position is to perform a variety of accounting assignments in support of the Accounting Manager. Responsibilities will include researching support, compiling and posting month-end journal entries, completing complex balance sheet account reconciliations, ensuring compliance with internal controls, including SOX control requirements. Perform assigned tasks while applying accounting techniques and standard practices to the classification and recording of financial transactions. Respond to non-routine complex inquiries in assigned areas requiring judgment and the application of GAAP and goTRG policies, procedures and practices. Support and contribute to cross functional projects.
