Financial Reporting Manager - (Miami, FL)

The position is responsible for assisting the AVP Financial Reporting with external and internal financial reporting, research and regulatory reporting. This individual will be a key member of the accounting team and will work with senior management including the Chief Financial Officer, Senior VP of Accounting and Finance and Controller. Assignments include, but are not limited to the following: Preparation of annual financial statements and footnotes for the firm and its various investment vehicles Preparation or review of monthly internal and external financial reports for the firm s various investment vehicles Review financial statements and ensure the integrity and timeliness of all financial info being reported Preparation of regulatory reports for our registered investment advisor and investment vehicles (Form PF, CIMA Fund Annual Returns, Dodd Frank Protocols, CFTC and assist fund accounting with financial statement review/preparation) Accounting research (consolidation of investment vehicles
