Job DescriptionThis resource will act as an scrum and gile coach and Scrum Master. They will be responsible for overseeing Agile practices, laying out processes and frameworks, and will continue work started in the 1st phase of the program. The team is not well-versed in scrum/agile development, so this resource must have strong leadership skills to help the team come up to speed on scrum-based development. Responsibilities: Agile Development and Process Coach: Work with leadership to define program processes (development, testing, etc.) based on program and team requirements Act as a mentor for Scrum and Product team leads and provide assistance where required Coach Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Stakeholders on effective use of Agile and Scrum methods and practices Utilize standard reporting framework and oversee ongoing program status reporting Senior Scrum Master and Program Management: Serve as a Scrum Master for multiple teams across the program where required Assist in overall program/project
