Hopewell Plant Engineer - (Hopewell, VA)

A core responsibility of this position is to take full ownership in PSM compliance. Assumes ownership of all assigned technical documentation in the plants and assigned site infrastructure; including all documentation to support PSM compliance. Provide technical support for the plants and site infrastructure by troubleshooting equipment, identifying and executing process control system improvements, and by using the MOC system to manage changes. Identifies and executes improvement projects in the plants and site infrastructure to reduce manufacturing costs and to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness. Facilitates capital investment as assigned in the plants and the site by developing project scopes, participating in the selection of new process equipment, designing process control strategies and commissioning, and manages small scale projects. Assists in the transfer of new product technology and products from R&D and the Business Line Departments to the plants when required.
