Position summary Ampirical seeks a Drafter. REQUIREMENTS: High-school Graduate Min of two years of background and/or training in drafting technical drawings utilizing AutoCAD Must be able to write and print legibly Background with PLS-CADD, PLS-Pole strongly preferred Autodesk Inventor and/or MicroStation Background (Optional) The Drafter will be responsible for the drafting of detailed technical drawings and to ensure timely project delivery and quality. RESPONSIBILITIES: Performs complex drafting assignments related to civil structures and electric transmission, distribution and substation applications Follows established technical specifications to prepare drawings and assists in design drafting Understand client requirements and follow their drawings standards. Work with engineers on various type of project drawings. Consults with engineers regarding drawing accuracy, design and drafting standards.
