Position: Regional Repair Manager Department: Operations Classification: Exempt Job details: This is a management role with a small team. This managers team is responsible for assisting all General Managers with needs and improvements to Repair. The team is responsible for working with each building, program by program to create efficiencies and drive business success in the repair process. This team will be defining the parameters and tools for economical repair processes. They will also be responsible for the ensuring that we benchmark to industry standard for all areas regarding Repair/Refurbishment. Stays current with the industry on State-of-the-art in technology, systems, and tools for repair and refurbishment and diagnostics on a wide range of commodities to include electronics. This role requires a very technical understanding of electronic repair and refurbishment and the expertise to expand to other commodities as our business base expands.
