Production Manager - (Lancaster, PA)

Direct the administration, production, distribution, and warehousing operations for a manufacturing facility in Lancaster, PA performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES& TASKS (list in order): Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by the company. Recommend the hiring, firing, discipline, promotion, demotion of employees within span of control. Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees. Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of division. Recommend budgets, capital spending, manning, etc. to management. Provide leadership and direct all manufacturing activity on site ensuring best practice/compliance with Quality, Health& Safety, Environmental and customer requirements.
