The Distribution Customer Service Specialist interacts with customers to provide and process info in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and products orders. The department goal is to provide accurate details and resources, as well as prompt service to employees and company officials. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Distribution Customer Service Specialist is the point person for all patient orders, special orders or location special requests Respond to voice mail and email inquiries regarding distribution requests Process patient orders, to include the receiving of materials, packing of orders and shipping Evaluate inventory of frames
