Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a full-time applicant to join our attorney services, litigation support team. Applicant must have background and knowledge of the day to day execution of all functions of Court Filing and Service of Process.Min two year attorney service background performing the following: Assigning local, statewide and national service of process orders to employees and approved affiliates. Organizing documentation of status and interaction with customers, servers and affiliates. Interaction with dispatch center regarding specific or complex serves. Verification of the process and completion of proofs (service, review, signature, and mailing) within our required format and timeline. Positive, professional interaction with clients, affiliates and employees. Quick documented response to any questions and concerns. Familiarity with Microsoft office, Outlook, Win-Serve. General office skills - scan, copy, sort, file. Excellent spelling and grammar. (01/09/2018)
