Union-side labor law firm looking for a paralegal with a Paralegal Certificate from an ABA approved program with 10yrs of background. The qualified applicant will be capable of organizing and running all phases of labor, ERISA, bankruptcy and civil discovery as well as trial preparation including review and analysis of documents, performing asset related research and cite checking. Proficiency in various on-line databases and programs required, including Pacer, Westlaw, Microsoft excel, PowerPoint and Relativity. Competitive pay and benefits.
