Job details Critical functions:The Production Supervisor is responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the daily production activities and resources necessary for safe manufacturing of quality products. Key qualifications of this position include but are not limited to: Ensure attainment of Production and Labeling objectives in the areas of: safety, quality, efficiency and cost Ensure knowledge of and adherence to all corporate and plant policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with Federal, State and local regulations and mandates. Ensure facility complies with sanitation and housekeeping programs Specific Assignments include:Lead a team of operations employees in the execution of daily production while maintaining a safe environment focused on the highest quality product. Facilitate the execution of daily productivity, quality and safety goals.
