The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is part of an integrated team of professionals Who provides community presence and physical, emotional, relational and care for our residents. The Waters care model is based on the principles of integrated nursing That provides resident care, assisted with designing and fulfilling care based on an individual's resident assessment, and leads teams of Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) in the provision of excellent care. Different from many traditional roles, the LPN at The Waters Engages in hands-on care, Develops close relationships with residents and families, and leads by example for our Unlicensed caregivers and volunteers. The Successful Candidate will have: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program required
