Radiology Technologist (Occasional hours) - (Wausau, WI)

SUMMARY: Operate or oversee operation of radiologic equipment to produce pictures of the highest possible diagnostic quality at our Wausau, Merrill and Medford facilities. Review and evaluates pictures on computer generated info to determine if pictures are of diagnostic quality. As a member of the Bone & Joint team is responsible for following Bone & joint's Mission and Vision objectives (goals) through exceptional patient care and customer service. Hours are 0700 to 1900 Monday through Friday 0700 to 1200 Saturday ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 1. Set up Radiology rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment is ready. (Service) 2. Monitors EMR for x-ray orders then accurately and efficiently enter patient data and orders in x-ray system(s). (Finance) 3. Safely escorts patient to and from exam room to radiology, using AIDET tool, every patient every time. (Service)
