Reed Animal Hospital is a locally owned veterinary hospital, where we treat each pet as if it were our own. We strive to provide a welcoming environment with a focus on preventative care and client education. We are currently looking for an experienced vet assistant to join our outstanding team. Are you compassionate, detail-oriented, and energetic? This position could be the perfect fit for you! Position assignments will include assisting veterinarians with examinations and record keeping, giving vaccinations and medications, restraining/holding pets for veterinarians and technicians, providing clean bedding, water, and litter pans for pets, and cleaning cages, runs, and/or hospital facilities. Must have at least 1yr relevant background. Blood draws are a plus! Benefits for full time employees available after introductory period, including health, dental, and personal pet care discounts.
