Position title: PIA P&C Support Specialist/Insurance Specialist Work Location: Rochester, NY Duration: Long term contract Education/Background Required: High-school diploma required Job details & Responsibilities : Provides advanced customer service and support to internal staff and external clients in the areas of property & casualty suite of products workers' compensation ERISA bonds BOP EPLI. Maintains a high-level of knowledge concerning the products and services supported by the client's Insurance Agency. Assists external users of the technical products by answering questions solving problems involved with their use. Identifies investigates and researches user questions and problems. Refers unresolved issues to technical or professional personnel for follow up as needed. Researches and resolves product and service issues relative to the Property & Casualty suite of products from any internal/external clients.
