Description: Insurance Representative needed for multi-specialty health care clinic in Layton, Utah. Monday through Friday; eight hours per day. Duties: Resolve all insurance claim issues including claims that are paid incorrectly or unpaid. Work proactively with various parties including patients, physicians, coders and Insurance companies. Maintain strict personal, customer, and company confidentiality. Requirements: Basic computer knowledge and proficient in use of Microsoft office software. General understanding of medical billing and medical terminology helpful.
