Job DescriptionWe are seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. The most important role is to provide superior and friendly service to our clients and prospects by responding to their inquiries and addressing their needs. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products. Primary / Essential Duties: Process new policies & policy changes, providing the info to the clientAssist clients with all service, claims & billing related questions Grow market share through needs-based phone sales, face-to-face sales, networking, referrals, and customer service Answer phones & call clients - offer coverage reviews when necessary.
