Sales Assistant - (East Lansing, MI)

Rose Acceptance is seeking a motivated real estate sales assistant to facilitate our sales department. The part time sales assistant role is a vital part of our success and is needed to leverage our full-time sales team. Some duties include but are not limited to; answering phones and talking directly with buyers, helping with on-line marketing and advertising, explaining our financing, and helping the sales people with daily tasks. Candidates who are qualified will have strong communication abilities, be able to prioritize appropriately, and be proficient at using Microsoft office suite applications. Background with lending and sales is preferred but not required. You will be required to become registered with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System in your role as a sales assistant.
