Research Scientist V - (New York, NY)

The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. is looking for an individual to fill the postion of Research Scientist in the Clinical Therapeutics Department. This position is part time. Duties: Computer task design, adaptation of reward learing and habit learning tasks for use in eating disorder populations, creation of fMRI scanning ptrotocols, administration of protocols, supervision of fMRI data collection, and data analysis. Min Requirements: A doctorate (PhD) and 3 years of professionsl research background in the cognitive neuroscience of reward learning and dopamine systems. Preferred Quailifications: Ability in task programming, administration of FMRI protocols, and fMRI data analysis. Familiarity with adaptation of tasks for use in psychiatric disorders, specifically eating disorder populations, will be desirable.
