Geotechnical Senior Geologist/Engineer (Part-Time) - (Lexington, KY)

Position: Geotechnical Senior Geologist / Engineer (Part time) Requisition Number: 2018-2110-01 S&ME, a leading, multi-disciplined professional services planning and engineering firm that responds to their clients with innovative, sustainable solutions, is seeking a part time, experienced, Project Geologist or Engineer in our Lexington, Kentucky location. The successful applicant will work under the direction of the Area Manager and will serve as a liaison between S&ME and the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC). Responsibilities will included, but not limited too; managing design projects to ensure they are compliant with the KYTC Geotechnical manual, and assisting in proposal preparation and submittals. Requirements: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, geology or closely related position; 10+ years of related skills; Professional Engineer and/or Professional Geologist registration in Kentucky;
