Position summary: The Senior Technical Writer/Editor-IPB supports efforts to identify, capture, and catalog parts data and exploded view diagrams required to build and/or modify the Coast Guard Surface and C4IT community's Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPB) using S1000D architecture. Citizenship: U.S. Security Clearance: None. Education and Background: AA degree or at least 5 (5) years of task related skills. Essential Duties: Develop, sustain, and publish Illustrated Parts Breakdowns (IPBs). Identify, capture, and catalog parts data and exploded view diagrams required to build the Surface and C4IT Community's IPBs using S1000D architecture. Provide ability in modifying HTML, XML and MS Access databases associated with or supporting the IPB structure and content.
