Job details: Responsible for the efficient operation of the teller department through coaching and developing staff appropriately. Directly Manages Position(s): Tellers, Teller IIs Indirectly Manages Position(s): N/A Requirements: Job Education and Background Required: High-school degree or equivalent two years progressive background in a retail branch location, including performing teller duties one year leadership or supervisory level background Preferred Education, Certifications & Background (addition to above): N/A Knowledge and Job Performance Requirements: High level knowledge of teller policies and procedures, to include compliance requirements. Thorough knowledge of Robins Financial products and services.
