AVP -Relationship Banking in Janesville - (Janesville, WI)

Assignments include managing, developing and maintaining profitable small business banking and consumer/retail loan relationships within the established policy, pricing and documentation requirements of the bank and government programs. Services and monitors business portfolio to ensure risk management and customer profitability meet bank guidelines. Underwrites consumer loans. REQUIRED FUNCTIONS: Develops, cultivates and grows business relationships in target markets by soliciting, profiling, and gathering required details (must meet min application requirements) for service needs analysis. Participates and contributes in relationship banking teams to identify client needs and provide pro-active solutions. Engages in prepared calls on customers and prospects as required.
