39 - VP Business Banker - (Janesville, WI)

Position assignments : Develop, cultivate and grow banking relationships in target markets by soliciting, profiling, and gathering required info. Refer client opportunities to other lines of business within the Bank. Participate and contribute in relationship banking teams to identify client needs and provide pro-active solutions. Financial Analysis and Underwriting as well Loan Perfection and Ongoing Servicing required. Education and Background Required: Job requires a four-year degree in business, finance, or related position, plus a min of five years background in various types of lending. Strong leadership, interpersoanl, communication, negotiation, sales and decision-making skills required. Must be computer literate, highly organized and detail oriented.
