\n\nJob Description\nJohns Manville, a Berkshire-Hathaway company and manufacturer of quality building insulation, is hiring a Payroll Admin & HR Associate in our Willows, CA Plant. \n\nResponsible for the preparation and disbursement of the plant payroll in a manufacturing environment using ADP Payroll Service and ADP time and attendance systems. The Payroll Admin & HR Associate will also administer HR Related matters such as leaves, internal posting, temporary staffing, Wellness, hourly recruitment etc. This role supports the Human Resources Manager in administering the functions of the HR Department. \n\nEssential Job Functions: \n\n \r\n Works closely with Human Resources and ADP Corporate on all payroll related issues \r\n Ensure weekly payrolls are processed in a timely and accurate manner \r\n Check non-exempt personnel time sheets utilizing an electronic time and attendance software product for compliance with policy
