Senior User Experience Architect - (Memphis, TN)

We are looking for an innovative, self-motivated Senior User Background Architect with a passion for using technology to solve problems for people. As a member of the [D³] Design, Delivery, + Development team, the Senior User Background Architect (UXA) will be expected to act as a subject matter expert on the consumer behavior found on web sites in general and on travel web sites in particular. The Senior UXA must understand the full consumer background and be the 'Voice of the Customer' throughout the organization and ensure it is heard in all decision-making processes that impact the consumer in order to help create and sustain a consumer-centric culture. What will I be doing?
