Job DescriptionFoster Remodeling Solutions is a premiere luxury design build remodeling firm and we are looking for seasoned individuals with experience in construction management, estimating, drawing and design to make in home sales calls, create CAD renderings, present to clients, sell addition remodeling projects, and create estimates and contracts. Must have construction or remodeling experience! The most successful Architectural Designers are creative, detail oriented, sociable, and goal driven. Required skills are the expertise to sell a remodeling project, proficient in Chief Architect or 2020, knowledge of remodeling design and construction. Must have 3-five years of sales, project management, construction and remodeling industry experience. Experience in architecture desirable. Reliable transportation is a must!
