This highly visible role of a Metallurgical Engineer will be a key person on this team working under the direction of the Engineering Manager. You will have customer interfacing and assistance. YOUR TASKS AND DUTIES Develop plant standards, technical instructions, and procedures in order to ensure that all metallurgical activities are in alignment with corporate standards and customer qualifications. Direct leadership of thermal treatment area including setting of general policy, determining of proper procedures/work instructions, and training.
