Manage the transfer of technology from development to manufacturing. Required: BS, MS or PhD in Physics, Optics or EE. 3+ yrs background. Measurement system development or characterization. Optical system design. Effective people skills. Strong programming in C# (or .NET). Systems Engineering and integration. Background with electrical/optical/mechanical installations, including system checkout and troubleshooting. Effective communication and presentation skills (Microsoft office programs).
