Responsible for development of BIW parts, localization, design validation, and quality and cost. Responsible for complete system design and development of BIW parts including tolerance studies, packaging studies, manufacturability, workability, durability and target. Involved in release of parts for production in the PLM System. Perform studies to benchmark the competitive vehicles and evaluate competing design proposals. Create component specification and other technical design documents.
