Integration Engineer with Hadoop - (Rosemont, IL)

Title : Integration Engineer with Hadoop Location : Rosemont, IL Duration : 6+ Months Roles and Responsibilities: Looking for an Integration Engineer with Hadoop background to help build out a next generation data integration platform. This position will be developing new service based applications using SparkCore, Spark SQL, Sqoop, Hive, Kafka and NiFi Data flows for ingress and egress. Minimum qualifications: ? five - ten years of background in Java software engineering and ETL development. ? Background with Hadoop, Azure Cloud, enterprise database management technologies and development including Hadoop (Sqoop, Kafka, Hive, Spark) ? Background working with Azure data storage services (e.g. BlobStorage), Azure SQL warehouse. Hortonworks HDP/HDF ? Background with the Hadoop Distributed File System (HDFS). ? Background with serialization such as JSON and/or BSON.
