Bilingual HR Business Consultant (English/Spanish) - (Ontario, CA)

Description The HR Business Consultant (HRBC) will work with managers andassociates for a business unit and become a valued contributor by managing thedelivery of our HR policies, executing business specific projects and initiativesrelating to people and demonstrating leadership in human resources decisions,procedures and programs. The HRBC will provide consulting and support for managementteams and associates in a quick paced production environment. Partnering with leaders and associatepopulations for alignment through excellent communication, business acumen, andengaged presence throughout the organization with a commitment to our growingbusiness. Scope of impact will include:labor planning, building labor strategies in partnership with operations, policyinterpretation, providing advice and counsel on employee issues with emphasison people management and implementing practices and programs in support of theHR and business strategy.
