Lead Associate, Release Management - (Santa Ana, CA)

Summary Technical Teams currently manage sixteen different environments (Dev, QA, Stage, prod) between four different customers. The HATA Lead Associate, Release Management is responsible for managing releases to all customers (HMA, KMA, HACC & KCI) and for all environments. This position will ensure extensive communication, deployment co-ordination between internal Teams ( PD, QA, Sys Ops, Prod Support) , HMC and Customers to avoid potential conflicts, System Down Issues and also to improve Teams productivity. Required functions * The Lead Associate, Release Management is responsible for managing releases to all customers(HMA, KMA, HACC & KCI) and for all environments * The Lead Associate, Release Management is involved in planning releases to QA, Staging and production Environments, Release Request, Obtain Approvals, Communicate Releases to relevant HATA Internal and external Teams * The Lead Associate, Release Management ensures timely Implementation of planned releases
