Provides leadership and direction throughout the construction and opening phase of various projects in all areas of the campus. This responsibility includes the analysis of existing efforts and the successful implementation of new initiatives in regards to the room refresh project. All duties are performed in accordance with Gold Strikes policies, practices, and procedures, as well as within the framework of the MGM Resorts Internationals Mission Statement. CRITICAL FUNCTIONS AND TASKS * Assists Assistant Chief Engineer with daily or shift specifications by prioritizing projects and assign work tasks to crew members.
