This role is a member of the Science HRBP team. This team works collaboratively with each other and the other HR functions (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Learning & Organizational Development) to understand the strengths and the gaps across the science teams, which includes the Research, Pre-clinical Development, the Regeneron Genetics Center, Clinical Development and Regulatory Affairs.
