Production Team Manager - (Greensburg, IN)

TS Production Supervisor (2nd Shift) Core Role: Team Manager-Is responsible for processes based on SQDSEM (safety, quality, delivery, cost, environmental, and morale). Team Manager manages zone based on Business Plan needs. Sets targets and drives continuous improvements activity within the zone to eliminate waste in all areas of SQDCEM. Develops guidelines for zone control to track improvements SQDCEM. Reports daily activity plan versus actual SQDCEM. Completes all required reports and documents. Implement theme assignments for each Team Coordinator and confirm the progress. Set direction for each team coordinator to manage their zone. Team manager will facilitate and ensure compliance with all HMIN company and department policies. Team manager will develop, implement and track associate training plans to promote development and growth. Team manager will actively support other departments and work with suppliers to improve SQDCEM.
