Senior Continuous Improvement Engineer - (Newberg, OR)

This position will be responsible for partnering with business leaders and employees to improve processes using structured issue solving and Continuous Improvements techniques. The Continuous Improvement team works throughout the organization to build capability by delivering lean training, facilitating CI events, coaching teams and serving as lean consultants that support a quality focused environment. Performs complicated manufacturing engineering assignments of complexity under general direction, requiring a high degree of technical and professional competence. Develops and manages manufacturing engineering project schedules, deliverables and goals to support manufacturing and corporate objectives. Leads cross-departmental project teams; provides direction and mentors other manufacturing engineers and technicians. Provides complex issue solving and technical support in the design, fabrication, modification and evaluation of manufacturing processes and new products.
