Position summary Seeking Sr. HVAC design engineer with MEP background. Background with conceptual layout, central plant design, air distribution, equipment sizing, plumbing and electrical. Pennsylvania and New Jersey registration is required as well as min 10 yrs background. Should have building management systems (BMS / ATC) background as well as commissioning background. Perfect applicant shall posses relationships with architects and owners with the expertise to sell projects using those relationships, expertise to communicate clearly project qualifications, interact with all required personnel, prepare proposals, cost estimates, manage projects from cradle to grave.
