Marine Services - Coordinator - (Cranford, NJ)

Position: Marine Services Coordinator Group Overview: Marine Services is comprised of the Towing, Heavy Lift, Chartering, and Stevedoring Divisions that service the marine transportation and stevedoring needs of the industry both internally as well as externally. These four groups work seamlessly to provide water-borne transportation solutions to our customers. Location: Corporate Headquarters in Cranford, NJ with limited travel to our Jersey City, NJ facility. Schedule: Weekdays during normal working hours (8 am 5 pm) Job details: The candidate will work with the majority of the Marine Services divisions as the coordinator for the following: * Maintaining records as required by the Group (Equipment Utilization, Schedules, Equipment Reporting and similar.) * Assist in document flow and filing required paperwork for job start-ups. * Performing billing for the Divisions as directed. * Maintaining job schedules for various Divisions within the Group.
