Director of Growth & Development Teritiary Division - (Melbourne, FL)

Exciting opportunity for a visionary forward thinking leader to be a strategic partner in the growth and development of our Womens and Childrens Service line. To be fully engaged and accountable in ensuring Uncompromised Safety, Superior Quality, Exceptional Customer Experiences, and Financial Stewardship across assigned service lines and assigned areas of responsibility. This is a system level position assigned to multiple service lines and assigned areas that works in a spirit of partnership with colleagues and physicians across the Integrated Delivery Network. This role will also assist in overall strategy development for HRMC. * The System Director is accountable for developing goals and improving the fiscal performance across assigned areas. As such, supporting activities such as goal setting, capital planning and other related activities are to be led by the System Director.
