JOB OVERVIEW ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Adding new content via our CMS software and managing existing content including text, pictures and SEO tags; optimizing pictures and videos for SEO Coordinating, managing, and executing content updates through CMS Monitor and update content entry request status in project tracking software (Jira); communicating status of content updates to appropriate members of the team Liaising with content creators and other stakeholders to collect, review and approve content and prototypes Creating and editing basic web content using HTML within a CMS Providing day-to-day maintenance and content management including updating homepage and featured content across the site Working closely with our web development team in reporting bugs and coming up with new web features as well as maintaining all aspects of web usability, content
