Manufacturing Technical Training Manager - (North Berwick, ME)

POSITION DESCRIPTION Combining an understanding of manufacturing processes, curriculum creation and adult education, the primary objective of this position is on the development, implementation and administration of technical training for manufacturing operations. In addition, this position will focus on the creation and administration of a training qualification system that focuses on improving the technical competencies of manufacturing employees, while reducing training cycle time. This includes, but is not limited to, managing training growth, creating and fostering training partner relationships, establishing traditional and blended learning solutions, monitoring training KPIs, and defining procedural aspects related to technical training. Training materials should be designed in multiple delivery formats, i.e., on-line, classroom, plus on-job-training.
