Tacos four Life Grill is looking for a hard-working, efficient, and focused line cook. Your principal responsibility will be to prepare customer orders with accuracy and speed. AREAS OF FOCUS AND RESPONSIBILITY A Line Cook is responsible for: Assembling and plating our food in an efficient way Ensuring order accuracy while preparing a plate Assuring great presentation of our food for our customers Building orders as quickly as possible Communicating with teammates about what we need to serve well Communicating down the line with other teammates about particular orders REQUIREMENTS Have a heart for the Meal four Meal Mission and understand that the team’s success makes a REAL IMPACT in the world Teachable, loves to learn and grow Expertise to read the order screen Focused on the task at hand Takes initiative
