Job Summary:Responsible for ensuring the safety and security of QTC personnel and strict adherence to QTC s policies. Work includes but is not limited to: monitoring assigned QTC premises for security issues, developing security programs, managing the personnel security process, conducting investigations for violations, and preparing reports.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develops and administers security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment.Manages the National Agency Check and Inquiries (NACI) process, which includes fingerprinting and obtaining info from applicable personnel and submitting appropriate documents to relevant agencies.Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations.Develops and executes security programs associated with the protection of proprietary info in compliance with corporate policies.Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company compliance and contract execution
