Healthcare Recruiter (Bi-lingual-Spanish/English or Chinese/English a plus) The Healthcare Recruiter is responsible for the following duties: Sourcing and screening for both clinical and non-clinical positions Fosters relationships with management to develop and maintain recruitment and retention efforts Creates offer letters, extends offers of employment, and initiates new hire process Develops a pool of quality applicants for future placement within the company Attends local job fairs and assists with planning and participating in company Open Houses Other duties as needed EDUCATION & BACKGROUND Associate’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred or equivalent background 2+ years of recruitment background, preferably with clinical professionals (RNs, Social Workers) Background with Social Media Recruitment Knowledge of Employment Laws Ms office Proficiency (Ms word, Ms excel, Outlook) Background using an ATS (iCIMS preferred) or HRIS database
