The Human Resources Director is responsible for recruiting, retaining, and developing talent for Anderson-Negele. The individual will work on organizational development efforts to create world-class capability to meet Andersons business objectives. The role will implement key policies and programs covering employment, associate relations, salary administration, benefits administration, associate services, communications, and leadership development. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Provides internal consulting services regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes. Participates in developing best practices and implementing policies and processes as applicable. * Drives key initiatives and the improvement of business Key Performance Indicators. * Consult with and provide guidance to the organizations leaders regarding team development and personal/professional development of associates.
