Job DescriptionJOB SUMMARY Responsible for implementing, administering, maintaining, the Human Resouces function. Work with corporate staff and local managers and supervisors to insure the human resource asset for the Company is treated with respect. Insure adherence to all Federal, State, and local laws, as well as the Labor Agreement, Company policies and procedures that relate to this asset.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES Oversee/coordinate the selection and hiring process for the union/production employees. Follow corporate processes for the selection and hiring of salaried positions. Maintaining all required records/documentation.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering the labor contract, policies, and procedures and helping to resolve work-related problems.Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes.Perform difficult staffing duties
