IT Developer - (Advance, NC)

The IT Developer will create and modify computer programs by converting project requirements into code. This position will develop usable solutions from business requirements to ensure productivity and efficiency within the organizational execution of tasks. Position assignments: * Plan programs by studying specifications; arrange specifications by developing a logical sequence, preparing flowcharts, and researching solutions. * Code specifications by converting logical sequence and workflow into program language. * Verify coding by performing unit testing and trial runs. * Prepare program documentation. * Advance job knowledge to the next level by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, and learning from mentors and peers. * Follow workplace standards. * Demonstrate the Companys Core and Growth Values in the performance of all job functions.
